Need to report an issue regarding a trip? Looking to update your account details? You can easily contact our Support Team for any type of issue or question using the support function within the Uber Driver App.

1. Select ACCOUNT from the menu, then select HELP
2. Choose your issue type

If you have an issue on a trip, you can submit a help request from your trip history by going to TRIPS under the help menu and choosing the trip in question.  Submitting an issue directly from a trip allows our support team to get you help more quickly!
