What does Misentered Taxi Fare mean?

A passenger let us know that they felt you did not enter the correct fare during your Taxi trip. Therefore, they felt their fare was higher than it should’ve been.

How can I improve?

Be extra careful when entering the fare for your rides! We know this was probably a mistake - please just be careful to enter the correct fare from now on!


If we continue to receive negative feedback from riders that impacts your rating, your account will be reviewed and may be deactivated.
