No Toll Pass

What does No Toll Pass mean?

A passenger let us know that the trip was slowed down or inconvenient because you were not carrying a toll pass in your vehicle. Remember, Uber automatically reimburses you for toll fees but you still have to pay them on the road.

How can I improve?

In order to make your trips as efficient as they can be for both you and your clients, please consider getting an electronic toll pass for your vehicle. If you do, this complaint will never happen again!
