Provided Quote or Wrong Promo Info

At Uber, we’re committed to supporting our partners by providing them the feedback needed to improve their star ratings. In recent driver surveys, rider feedback was the #1 item drivers requested from us, and we listened! In the past week, we received the below feedback from your riders.

Provided Quote or Wrong Promo Info

What does Provided Quote or Wrong Promo Info Info mean?

A rider wrote to us stating that you provided them with an incorrect fare quote for their trip or you gave them false information regarding a Promotion Code resulting with the rider thinking them overpaid for either their current ride or a past ride.

How can I improve?

The best way to avoid the ‘Provided Quote or Wrong Promo Info' complaint is to guide them to their “Fare Quote” option within their Uber rider app. The “Fare Quote” option will provide them with an accurate fare quote from their location to their desired location. In regards to Promotion Codes, if the rider is misunderstanding their Promo Code, please have them write their local Uber Support team at support.uber.com.
