A passenger let us know that you were dressed unprofessionally during their recent trip. This feedback could be due to a clothing item, a piece of jewelry, a hat or any other related garment.

How can I improve?

The best way to avoid an ‘Unprofessional Attire or Dress’ complaint is to consider dressing in a professional manner at all times during Uber trips. While what you wear is up to you, ratings are important and riders can rate poorly based on a number of reasons…one of those is the attire of their driver.
